Branksome St. Aldhelms Scout Group has recently (September 2026) started a new scout section for young people between 10 1/2 and 14 years old. We provide an exciting programme of activities for young people in the community to learn new skills and develop their ability to work together as a team and improve their self-confidence and independence.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is keen to volunteer by assisting the scout lead volunteer in planning and delivering weekly programmes for our scouts. No previous experience is necessary, and full training is given for free, to give you an opportunity to work with young people and improve your skills at the same time as giving something back to the local community.
You would be joining a great team of volunteers who would welcome you into the group and support you in this new role
Scouts meet on Thursday evenings 7.15pm to 9.00pm - Term time only
We meet at "The Den" Lindsay Road, Branksome, Poole BH13 6BT
